Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Luminomo website (the "Service") operated by Luminomo ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

 

1. Orders, Shipping, and Delivery

1.1. Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

1.2. Processing Time: Order processing times vary and are dependent on our Suppliers. While we aim to process all orders promptly, actual delivery times are outside of our direct control.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set forth in your order confirmation email.

2.2. Payment Security: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal) to handle all payment transactions. We do not store or process your credit card information.

3. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

3.1. Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped by our Supplier. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at TheLuminomo@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order is submitted to the Supplier.

3.2. Returns and Refunds: Our return policy is governed by our separate Refund Policy available on Luminomo/policies/refund-policy.

  • You must contact us at TheLuminomo@gmail.com to initiate a return. Do not send products back to the Supplier without our express written instruction.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.

  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee to cover costs imposed by our Suppliers.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

4.1. Disclaimer of Warranties: Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4.2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Luminomo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any products purchased via the dropshipping model, including but not limited to shipping delays or product defects.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Province, e.g., Delaware] and the laws of [Your Country, e.g., United States], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
