📦 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days after the order is received.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note: During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

🚚 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your tracking shows no movement after 5 days, feel free to contact our support team.

💡 Order Changes & Address Errors

If you entered the wrong address or need to modify your order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
After your order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes.

📦 Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Confirm the shipping address

  3. Contact your local postal carrier

If your package is lost in transit, we will help investigate and provide support as needed.
